Symptoms
After applying a "CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR OCT CPU 2020 FIXES FOR FWK" patch, when attempting to view a Clause that's non-standard and the text was generated from XML, the following error occurs.
You might also experience other errors or issues when using Clauses, especially if they relate to the Rich Text Editor (RTE).

Steps
View a Clause that's non-standard and the text was generated from XML
Can't export it or download it.
Can't update those clauses, no workaround (buttons do not work therefore can't revert to standard).
Changes
This issue is encountered after the application of an October 2020 CPU patch.
