Auto Detailing Does Not Reserve Additional Quantity After WIP Planned Quantity is Updated For Batch Ingredient Line (Doc ID 2736354.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Recently applied patches and in testing have found that Auto Detail does not re-detail additional quantity if the original quantity has already been detailed and reservation exists.

For example, Item X
Plan Qty = 100g
When Batch Created > Auto Detailing Occurs on Batch Creation > Reserved Qty = 100g
Now release the batch, hence WIP Plan Qty = 100g.
Now change WIP Plan Qty = 102g, re-run Auto-Detail Batch or Auto-Detail Line, notice that Reserved Qty = 100g (it does not change to 102g).
If the user deletes the existing reservations. Then re-run Auto-Detail Batch or Auto-Detail Line, notice that Reserved Qty = 102g.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Auto detail to reserve the quantity difference when the WIP Plan Qty is updated and auto detailing run again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Navigation: Batch Details
3. Click on ingredient line after modifying WIP Plan Qty and run auto detail line.
