Appraisals Are Not Displayed After The Task Start Date Was Updated

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, after Task Start Update, Appraisal Of Appraisee is not displayed under Manage Appraisal Task.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Expect that, after Task Start Update, Appraisal Of Appraisee should be created on the Appraisal Task Start Date and should be displayed under Manage Appraisal Task.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "Employee Self Service" Responsibility.
2. Navigate to function "Performance Management".
3. Open up the Task "Manage Appraisal" against the Plan for whom the Task start date was updated using Script.
4. In the launched page, Observe that the employee's current open appraisal record is not displayed.
