Applicant Status Mismatch Accepted Versus Active Assignment For Employee Who Is Hired (Doc ID 2736899.1)

Symptoms

When an applicant is future hired, their application status should change to
active assignment on the effective date however it remains 'Accepted' even
when they are hired to the new job.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the application status to assignment status once the applicant has
been future hired.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in HRMS Manager> and Hire an applicant 
2. Log into iRecruitment recruiter and check the status of the applicant
that was just hired.
3. Notice it has not changed from accepted to active assignment.
