On : 12.2.8 version, FS Wireless Debrief
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to select Resolution Code from FS Wireless Debrief Header, no values were available.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect not to find the Resolution Codes
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log in to MFS Wireless
click on a task in MFS
click Debrief
click on the '+' for Debrief Header
Click on Problem Code LOV and choose problem code
Click on Resolution Code LOV - no items immediately available and occasionally no items available after minutes of waiting
