Symptoms

The process_rfid_txn procedure of the WMS_RFID_DEVICE_PUB package finishes with the following error:

ERROR
1086-ORA-01086: savepoint 'WMS_RFID_SP1' never established in this session or is invalid

STEPS
1. Run API: WMS_RFID_DEVICE_PUB.process_rfid_txn procedure.
2. Receive error.
