Pricing Attributes are Not Copied From Sales Order to Service Contracts (Doc ID 2737601.1)

Symptoms

Subscription Agreement contracts created from Order Management do not show the Pricing Adjustments used by OM to price the contract. Users should be able to see the Pricing Adjustments used by OM to price the contract.

Steps
1. Create Sales Order for a Subscription item.
2. Once you enter all information and save, the price is calculated.
3. Check at line level > View Adjustments. You can see modifiers used to adjust the price..
4. Book the Sales Order.
5. Rum the Service Contracts Order Processing program.
6. Open the created contract in the Service Contracts authoring form.
7. Check Tools > View Adjustments. There is no modifier transferred from the Sales Order to Service Contracts.
