Symptoms
Length Validation Issue on Translatable Text Column
We are facing length validation issue on Translatable Text Column. If User enters 1000 characters on Translatable Text column then it is inserting the record into the database. Later, If User is trying to delete the same row and adding the new with 1000 characters then getting an exception for both the rows. Please find attached screen shots with navigation and apps check file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for an Item
2. Click on Update button
3. Add a row with 1000 characters and click on Apply button
4. Again click on Update Button
5. Delete newly added row or create a new row with 1000 characters
6. See error message
