ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Wrong Material Cost calculated by Supply Chain Cost Rollup

We're seeing an issue with calculating material cost. Material cost (other times other cost elements) is getting calculated more than double when  running Supply chain cost rollup. Please help in understand why cost rollup giving wrong cost.

When setting up Material Overhead Default at item creation the MOH is defaulted in the frozen cost type(for standard costing orgs) which appears to be contri

And when creating new costs in other cost types ( either user-defined or through cost rollup ) then this defaulting is also applied.

This results in misstated costs.

Expecting the material cost to be correctly stated in the resulting Supply Chain Cost Rollup report

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Cost Management -> Requests - > Supply Chain Cost Rollup
