Goal

I couldn't start Form Screen in Japanese session on EBS created by Rapid Clone and found ORA_NLS10 environemt variable were not set for CDB of DB19c. Because of this, I hit the problem of "Form Fails To Launch When Using Japanese Or French Language (Doc ID 1369474.1)".
