While Trying to confirm Taxes on Advanced Receipt on India Tax details,the below error appears

Error

"CUSTOMER MUST BE SPECIFIED AS THRESHOLD GROUP IDENTIFIER IS NULL" While Confirming TCS Advanced Receipts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Enter Receipt number: XXXXXX

b) Enter Amount, TCS applicability, date

c) Save

d) Enter customer details

e) Save

f) Open India Tax Details

g) Enter value for organization 

h) Enter Tax category 

i) Save

j) Click confirm

k) Error message encountered
