Goal

Need to be able to update customer information in Lease Center on Expired/Terminated Contracts.

Need the ability for deficiency invoicing/insurance pro-rated invoicing to change a customer's bill to site, payment method and invoicing format on contracts that exist in Oracle but are in expired or terminated status.
