Symptoms

Search Repair Orders with RMA Sales Order Number is not working after upgrade R12.2,but it works when searched with date or serial number.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-CSD-209082 : Service Order not found based on search criteria selected. Execute New Search".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into EBS
2. Navigated to Depot Repair Responsibility
3. Clicked on Find Service Requests
4. Entered RMA Sales Order number
5. Clicked on Find
6. Getting error
