Symptoms

When attempting to view timecard details in Oracle Mobile Approvals app the following error occurs for contingent workers.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Oracle Mobile Approvals app
2. Click on approval notification
3. Error is seen in timecard details section
