ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When opening the Bank Accounts LOV from Lease Center,
The LOV displays the unmasked credit card number.
Once selected it is correctly masked in the form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the values in the LOV to only display the last 4 digits.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Center
2. Open Contract
3. Structure tab
4. Open the 'Payment Instrument' LOV
5. See 'Payment Instrument' values are not masked
