Symptoms

Actual Behavior
There is a discrepancy between ATO Model Line Qty and Config Item Line Qty
after changing ATO Model Line Qty

Example:
Line 1.1 ATO Model Item QTY=5
Line 1.1..0 Config Item QTY=3

Expected Behavior
Expect ATO Model Line Qty and Config Item Line Qty should be the same.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. The issue can not be reproduced at will
