Mobile Field Service Debrief Page Is Greyed Out In Mobile Field Service App When Task Is In A Particular Task Status (Doc ID 2739817.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A new Task status was created for the customer. The task status transitions are also setup in EBS. Users are able to update the status of a task to this new value in Oracle Mobile Field Service Application. But once the task is in this new status, when users try to add a Debrief (Labor/Material/Expense), the new page comes as a greyed out page and hence users are not able to add new Labor/Material/Expense lines in the application for the task in this new status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The requirement is to have the task set to this new status and then field engineer should be able to debrief the task and add attachment. Both these actions are not happening. For example once we click on Labor button in the task, the next screen in MFS has the "Add Labor" in greyed out / disabled.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to the MFS App
Logged into Mobile Field Service App
Search for a task
Open the task for adding the debrief.
The task is in status Quote initiated (newly setup task status)
Scroll down to the Labor Debrief option:
And click on Labor,
The add Labor is greyed out and cannot be entered.
The same is seen for any other type of Debrief (material/Expense) and also attachment cannot be added.
