CANNOT RETIRE ASSETS BY RUNNING "INTERFACE MOVE TRANSACTIONS TO ORACLE ASSETS"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The item has been successfully issued out of Inventory and the Item instance
got updated as "Retired" in Install Base.
Client then ran the "Interface Move Transactions to Oracle Assets" process to
move data into the FA Mass retirement and were expecting to retire the asset
when they run the Post retirement process. The data was not available for
them to process.
Though the output says it processed those, the data is not to be seen in the
When client ran the diagnostics in Oracle Asset Tracking it says those are
"Install Base Asset Details for Pending Transactions".
Client is requesting Oracle to help them clearing that data and retire that
asset in the asset module.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform Misc Issue for the IB Instances
2. Run "Interface Move Transactions to Oracle Assets"
