On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating a record for a subinventory on the Addresses and Subinventory form, the condition is defaulted and is not updatable. We need to change the condition type for this subinventory.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to change condition

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Addresses and Subinventories form
2. Got to Subinventory tab
3. Try to setup Subinventory
