On : 12.2.9 version, Contract Setup

OKE_FUNDING_PUB.update_allocation failing with Error msg - OKE

Migrating Project Contracts data from EBS R12.1.3 instance to EBS R12.2.9 instance.

Using OKE_FUNDING_PUB.update_allocation is executed after OKE_FUNDING_PUB.create_pa_oke_funding API generates the funding source id. Using OKE_FUNDING_PUB.create_pa_oke_funding API since linking the funding source agreement with Project Agreement converted separately.

OKE_FUNDING_PUB.update_allocation is failing for all contract allocations records with following details -

x_msg_count : 1
x_msg_data : OKE
x_return_status : E
