On : 12.2.8 version, Supplier Profile Management

When level 2 approver tries to approve the prospective supplier the workflow ends in error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup AME for Supplier Registration Approval
2. Prospective Supplier registration was submitted by Supplier
3. First approvers approve the request
4. Second approver tries to approve
5. Gets above error
