Voucher Search With Status Specified Returns No Results (Doc ID 2740279.1)

Symptoms

Searching for any voucher with specific status and value always returns no results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access the application
2. Navigate to Vouchers Finder screen, Status, select status ID - Issued and its value as 'ISSUED_NOT_ISSUED', click search.
3. In the Results there are no vouchers shown with this status.
No results returned.
