Goal

Qn1:New Target Database Instance is not showing on Publication Details Page.

We are unable to get new target database name in the list on Publication Details Page.
whatever database added in the CZ_SERVERS table, it is not appearing in "Target Database Instance" list on the page.

Followed solution in

but issue not resolved.
