Symptoms

Post completing the AR transaction,
the following error occurs.

This action has been blocked to avoid inaccurate accounting entries.
Please contact Oracle Support Service.

Debug Log shows the following details:

ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TDS_TAX_ROUNDING_PKG.determine_rounding_rule Incorrect return_status after calling ZX_TCM_CONTROL_PKG.get_tax_registration()
ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TDS_TAX_ROUNDING_PKG.determine_rounding_rule Continue processing ...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables
2. Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
3. Create an AR transaction.
4. Complete the transaction and observe the error.
