Action History Not Displaying On Workflow Notifications After Workflow Patch 29631318 (Doc ID 2740419.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

Action history not displaying in both worklist and workflow email notifications.

It displays the action history for the 1st approver and it disappears from 2nd approver. Due to which the business users are not able to view the action history of previous approver.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Users open the approval notification in worklist/email notification action history details are not visible from second approver.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view action history details

Changes

The issue is introduced in Workflow patch 29631318:R12.OWF.C, in file wfntfb.pls version 120.113.12020000.44 which actually started from version 120.113.12020000.43 which is the first version released to users after ER implemented.
