Goal

Why, if add assets (date placed in service) in 31/12/2020, depreciation starting in 01/01/2021?
Use oracle standard API and using 01/01/2021 as a prorate date.

In API excel sheet upload DEPRN_START_DATE 01-JAN-2021 and the system ignored our value and work on
DPIS - 31-DEC-2020
PRORATE_DATE 31-DEC-2020
DEPRN_START_DATE 31-DEC-2020

Want to record DPIS - 31-DEC-2020 and DEPRN_START_DATE 01-JAN-2021.
