Error "Unexpected Error Has Occurred Please Contact Your System Administrator" When Trying to Create the Task and Resource Through MSP (Doc ID 2740695.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create the Tasks and Resource through MSP, getting the below error when uploading Tasks and Resource information from MSP to Oracle Project.

"Unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator"

Below is the Error message from BNE log.

BneAbstractXMLServlet.doRequest(),+fatal+exception:+java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:+Require+a+non+null+Document+Id.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:+Require+a+non+null+Document+Id. at+oracle.apps.bne.framework.BneDocumentParams.(BneDocumentParams.java:599)
BneAbstractXMLServlet.doRequest(),+fatal+exception:+java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:+Require+a+non+null+Document+Id.

Below is the error message from concurrent process PAXCPWBC: PA: Offline Microsoft Project Data Upload.

EXCEPTION: oracle.apps.pa.webconnect.exception.PaWcFatalException: Fatal error during XML file processing
at oracle.apps.pa.webconnect.upload.framework.XmlParser.parse(XmlParser.java:79)
at oracle.apps.pa.webconnect.upload.framework.ImportProcess.runImport(ImportProcess.java:208)
at oracle.apps.pa.webconnect.upload.cp.CpController.runProgram(CpController.java:117)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:159)

Steps:

1.Navigate to Project Super User Responsibility
   Setup-> select "Microsoft Project Integration"
2.Receive the project from Oracle Project to MSP
   Navigation :Menu click >Oracle Projects> Receive Oracle Projects
3.Add the Task and Resource
   Navigation :Select Tasks from Tools
4.Upload the Task and Resource information from MSP to Oracle Project
   Navigation: Menu click >Oracle Projects> Send Oracle Projects
