Unable To Delete Multiple Subscriptions In Learning Certification (Doc ID 2740733.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delete Button on the Learning Subscription Certification Subscriptions Page is not working as expected. Unable to delete multiple subscription.
Only one subscription is getting deleted. The feature delivered as part of RUP14 upgrade, 'Delete' button has been introduced in Oracle Learning Certification Subscriptions page is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to delete multiple subscriptions at once.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Learning Administrator responsibility -> Learning Administration -> Catalog Administration
2.Select the category > Select Learning certification and click on Details icon.
3.Next select the ‘Subscriptions’ link.
4.Select multiple subscriptions to delete, click on ‘Delete’ button.
5. Are you sure you want to delete the selected subscriptions?
6. Only one subscription is deleted at a time.
