ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find a sales order line is stuck in EXTERNAL_REQ_REQUESTED

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the order line will progress to closure


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be seen with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order and see issue

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot progress order line.
