ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find a back to back(B2B) sales order line is stuck in EXTERNAL_REQ_REQUESTED status.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the order line will progress to closure


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be seen with the following steps:

1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order and see issue
