Using Sales Person In Lead Search Causes Page Error

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version
When attempting to execute a search in the Leads Summary page, any search that includes or excludes the Sales Person field will cause an exception.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Sales User -> Leads -> Simple Search ->
2. Add the Sales Person as an additional search criteria
3. Sales User -> Leads -> Simple Search -> select sales person -> Go
4. The page exception occurs.
