After and From 12.2 RUP14 (R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.14) How can a Timekeeper maintain Employee's Timecard Entry if the employee's Hired Date is Mid of Time Period ?

Timekeeper cannot create /update employee's first timecard entry whose Hired Date date is Mid of TimePeriod.
