Symptoms

When attaching a document to any transaction form with file name contains apostrophe (' or ') the attachment process gets completed without any issue. When downloading same attachment using chrome browser the attachment gets downloaded as fndgfm.jsp instead of original file name and file cannot be read.

Issue specific to Chrome browser, no issue with other browsers.
