R12:JEPLSAPR: JPK VAT Register Report is showing incorrect <DataWplywu> Tag

Symptoms
DataWplywu tag needs to be populated with invoice receiving date. Currently it is populated with tax_invoice_date.
Business scenario for goods and services delivered after invoice release date:
1. Invoice issued on 15-Jun [Invoice Date] 2. Invoice physically received on 2-Jul [Data wplywu] 3. Service executed/received on 10-Aug [Tax Invoice date]
The invoice will be fully accounted in the month of July, but it will be featured in August's JPK_VAT report. The Datawplywu tag will be 2-Jul (not 10-Aug, as it is now). The Service date will not have to be featured in the JPK_VAT report.
