Is It Possible To Use SQL To Manually Remove Unattended AMEX Card Transactions Before The 90-Days Period?

Due to delay in the card transaction loading, the users are submitting manual expenses.  But, when the cards transactions get loaded again, these transactions will be visible for them in the expense, so users are asking for a SQL to delete those transactions.  Unattended transactions will be deleted automatically after 90 days.  But user do not want to wait for so many days.
