Symptoms

When user tries to open BneSnoopServlet and BneCaboTestServlet getting below error.

"Page Not Found HTTP 404"
"HTTP 400 Bad Request"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Application
2. Open webadi diagnostic web page: http://<host>/OA_HTML/BneAdminServlet
3. Open Servlet pages:
             http:/<host>OA_HTML/BneSnoopServlet
             http://<host>/OA_HTML/BneCaboTestServlet
