Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  

After upgrade to 12.2.9 application version, Cost Summary Report has performance issue :

The same it is valid for below reports:

1.Cost Detail Report
2.Reserve Summary Report
3.Reserve Detail Report
      
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No performance issue

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Upgrade to 12.2.9 application version
2.The performance is very bad after upgrade to R12.2.9   for below reports:

Fixed Assets > Other > Request > Run

1.Cost Summary Report
2.Cost Detail Report
3.Reserve Summary Report
4.Reserve Detail Report
