After Saving a Scoring Model it Cannot Be Submitted (Doc ID 2741574.1)

Symptoms

After creating a scoring model and clicking on 'Save for Later', the scoring model will not change to submitted status after submitting.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Superuser
Navigation
: Policy Management -> Scores

  1. Create a new scoring model, add a data point and scoring range and click 'Save for Later'.
  2. Re-query the scoring model, it is correctly in Saved status. Now go all the way to the end of the definition train, and click on Submit. Get the following confirmation:

    Record has been submitted successfully. No further changes are allowed.

  3. Re-query the record, it is still in Saved status.
