Unable to Apply a Receipt - Apply Button Does Not Work


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Apply button should work as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Receivables
2. Navigation : Receipts > Receipts
3. Apply receipt to invoice
4. Apply button is not working

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply receipt to invoice
