Symptoms


When attempting to book a lease in Oracle Lease and Finance Management for the newly opened year (last year was just closed)
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Unable to get prorate date information Cause: You have a database problem. Action: Contact your system administrator.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Year 2020 was just closed
2. Navigation : OKL > Origination > Contracts > Booking > Activate

Attempt to book a lease contract with asset using a DPIS (date place in service) in 1st period of new year (Ex Jan21)
