ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is seeing the following behavior in the Service Contracts and Order Management applications:
When order is shipped and line is split, the Service Contract is attached to the initial shipped line but no
Contract is attached to the split line

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Service Contract to be attached to all shipped lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Shipping
3. See issue

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot attach Service Contract to the split line.
