Poland Localization: Selector: ERROR Receipt Having Location Lov Issue

Symptoms
Location LOV from receipt information does not match correct data.
Due to this issue, receipt import do AR ended with "ERROR Receipt has invalid billing location".
It should not be allowed to choose a different location other than the one from setup.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR responsibility
2. Go to receipt information
3. Open LOV for location
