Symptoms

If an adjusted credit memo is applied to a transaction for an amount which is less than the adjustment amount, the user encounters the following error :
APP-AR-11089 You Cannot Increase The Balance Of This Transaction

Example:

Create a Credit Memo, amount: -2500
Enter a negative adjustment, amount: -3000
This results in a CM balance: -5500

Now apply CM to an invoice, amount: 1000
This would result in a CM balance: -4500
During this Credit application, the error is raised.
