CSM Changed and Not Changing with New opportunity Creation
The CSM (Client Service Manager) can change on a Customer, once this is changed at the Customer Account level, then go to create a new opportunity , the opportunity is listing the Old CSM on it, the new CSM is not listed on New Opportunity. Is there a Concurrent Process or Something that needs to happen to get the new CSM to carry over from Customer to Opportunity to Project?
