When Adding Items To Cart, The Quantity Increases By 1 (Doc ID 2742507.1)

Symptoms

When creating an internal requisition the quantity of the selected item which is being added to cart is being increased by the value of 1.
For example , if add 1 box of pens to cart, the quantity of 2 boxes are added to the cart.
After testing again, found that the quantity always seems to change from "1" to "2" even though the UOM conversion is 5000 or 3.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for item CON00191
2. Add to cart 1 quantity (container of 100), price 4.92 ZAR
3. View cart and checkout
4. See quantity of 2 in the shopping cart
