From an Oracle Asset Responsibility when attempting to reclass assets to new category either via

1. MASS RECLASS

M: Asset>Mass Transactions>Mass Reclass,

with "Inherit Depreciation Rules of New Category" checked

2. Reclass API per Note 206478.1

and passing:
