Resource Calendar Is Showing Non Working Day In ASCP For Active Calendar (Doc ID 2742776.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When looking at the Resource Capacity calendar in the Collections (and Supply Chain Planning) Workbench, after 28-AUG-2019, the Calendar is showing all dates as 'Non Working Time'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
These dates should show as 'Working Time' based on the calendar that is assigned via the Resource Information form in Process Engineering responsibility

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup calendar and resource
2. Associate calendar with resource
3. Run collections
