Invalid application username password Error while accessing Java Forms
While accessing Oracle application Java Forms in Production environment, users are facing following error
APP-FND-01516: Invalid application username,password, or database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Try to open Forms.
