On : 12.2 HRMS RUP14 version, Canadian Payroll Tax Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The T4 Box 14 totals do not tie to the Gross Ontario Wages on the Provincial Medical Report

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
One employee is off based on Stock Options and Company Car taxable benefits paid for 2016 and 2017. Expect the T4 to balance to all reports

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Paid and employee Stock Options and taxable benefit Company Car
2. These earnings are being reported correctly on the T4 in boxes
  T4_OTHER_INFO_AMOUNT38
  T4_OTHER_INFO_AMOUNT86
  T4_OTHER_INFO_AMOUNT34
3. Ran the Provincial Medical Report
4. Ran totals for the T4 Box 14 Gross Earnings
5. Gross Ontario Wages 1,343,417.52   PMED Report
  T4 Box 14 Wages 1,432,800.38
  Difference 89,382.86
