ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Promotion Code for discount is not working in Oracle iStore
Using steps in Doc ID 156009.1 to create a new promotional discount modifier setup as Active and with the Ask For checkbox enabled. However, after entering the Promotion Code in the iStore shopping cart page, there is no discount calculated.
The promotion code gets applied correctly in Quoting and in Order Management.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore as the IBE_CUSTOMER
2. Add an item to the shopping cart
3. Add the Promotion Code in the Shopping Cart page and choose Apply
4. No discount is calculated in the shopping cart total
