Symptoms

The PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL, trigger, PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_T1 does not handle data delivered in parallel threads (multiple sessions).
Line 20 in the code does a SELECT...INTO... followed by an update on pa_transaction_xface_ctrl_all
